FIRST TIME RE-SIGN –
To Re-sign click on the link below. Then for the “User Name” enter your “Card Number” and then for the “Password” enter your “Last Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security #”. Once you are in, click on “Change Password” to the left and change your password and then continue.
RE-SIGN POLICY –
Effective June 1, 2012 all re-signs will be once a month, from the 10th through the 16th of each calendar month. Re-sign can be done by email, fax, and mail or in person. If the re-sign is not received in the Referral Office by the 16th of each month, the applicant on any book(s) will “roll off” the list(s). The applicant will have to sign in person and re-register on the out of work book(s).
MEMBERS TRAVELING –
Anyone working out of town in other jurisdictions must notify the referral office with proof. To be able to freeze dings on the out-of-work list, verification of working out of town is necessary with proof of referral slip or pay stub each month when re-signing.
